The comedian was also nominated for a Golden Globe in 2000 and an American Comedy Award in 1999 for his work on NBC’s Just Shoot Me. Spade released his memoir, Almost Interesting, through Dey Street Books in 2015. The book covers Spade’s personal life and stories as well as his career, spanning from his days on Saturday Night Live until now. Born in Birmingham, Michigan, and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Spade began his career by performing stand-up comedy in clubs, theaters and colleges across the country. He made his television debut on Saturday Night Live and was soon after named the “Hot Stand-Up Comedian of the Year” by Rolling Stone magazine. As a writer and a performer on Saturday Night Live for five years, he is best known for his memorable characters including the sarcastic “Hollywood Minute” reporter on “Weekend Update” and catch phrases like “And you are…?” and “Buh-Bye!”. Featuring: Tim Meadows One of the longest-running cast members in the 41-year history of Saturday Night Live, versatile comedian Tim Meadows crafted some of the series’ most memorable characters during his 10 years on the show. Born in Highland Park, Michigan, and raised in Detroit, Meadows relocated to Chicago, where he first joined Improv-Olympic, and then the legendary comedy troupe Second City. Jeff Ross Jeff Ross is a respected comedian, writer, and producer also known as “The Roastmaster General”. Most recently Jeff produced and starred in the Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe. Jeff’s roast victims also include Justin Bieber, James Franco, Charlie Sheen, James Carville and Donald Trump (twice). His latest TV venture is Jeff Ross Presents Roast Battle, a popular comedy competition show about to start its second run on Comedy Central. Jeff sits on the board of the New York Friars Club and is involved with the many charitable endeavors including the Scleroderma Research Foundation and the USO, which supports military members and their families. Jeff is originally from Newark, New Jersey but please don’t hold that against him. It has recently been announced that Katherine will be co-hosting 22 episodes of Your Face Or Mine with Jimmy Carr for Comedy Central. K. Trevor Wilson K. Trevor Wilson, the self-proclaimed Man Mountain of Comedy, is an award winning comedian and actor. A headliner who has performed internationally for over 15 years he is best known for his work on Comedy Central’s Roast Battles, as “Squirrelly” Dan on Crave TV’s Letterkenny (2016 CSA winner for Best Comedy Series) and his 5 consecutive appearances at the Just For Laughs Festival here in Montreal. 2017 has been a milestone year for K Trev as his first half hour comedy special Bigger in Person was released in March and in January he made his US network television debut with a performance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. Godfrey Growing up in Chicago, Godfrey constantly got in trouble for misbehaving and being an all-around class clown. While performing impressions of his college football teammates, he realized his irreverent style of comedy might be more than just a hobby. Godfrey is a long-time fan favourite at Just For Laughs, who has been seen on The Ethnic Show, The Relationship Show, The Godfrey Complex and now is coming back to unleash his raw inner comic on The Nasty Show. He can also be seen performing in Zoolander, and more recently he was in Johnson Family Vacation, The Cook Out, Phat Girlz, and Soul Plane, alongside Snoop Dogg. He’s appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and he recently starred in his own one-hour special for Comedy Central, Godfrey: Black By Accident. Arj Barker Arj Barker is an American stand-up comedian who is also popular in Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, where his tour has sold out multiple times. He is known for playing Dave in the HBO hit sitcom, Flight of the Conchords. Arj is also the co-creator of the Off-Broadway comedy show, Marijuana-logues, a parody of The Vagina Monologues.
