It’s as if Mozart and Verdi had crossed space and time to express the Russian soul in a grand and moving mass for the dead! Five outstanding Russian soloists, visiting from Moscow for the occasion, bring all their sensitivity to this presentation of the work of Russian-Polish composer Osip Kozlovsky, well known during his lifetime in Russia for having composed the imperial anthem, but fallen into obscurity for some decades.
