Un jour, un jour

Expo 67 – 50 years
1967 was the year of Expo. In 2017, we will celebrate the 50th anniversary of this seminal event in the history of Montreal and Quebec. Expo 67 put Quebec on the world’s map. Montreal invited the planet to an unprecedented celebration lasting six months.

Pavilions from every country in the world were built on Île Sainte-Hélène and a newly created island: Île Notre-Dame.

The Un jour, un jour: Expo 67 – 50 ans show is an opportunity to think back on that iconic year and the great songs we listened to in 1967: Respect, Inch Allah, Comme d’habitude, Light my Fire, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, La dernière valse, Chain of Fools, C’est ma chanson, All you Need is Love, and many others.

Singers, dancers and musicians get together to interpret timeless songs and take us back to a year etched in the heads and hearts of everyone who lived experienced it.

The show will be presented at the Casino’s Cabaret, which is in Expo 67’s Quebec pavilion next to the Pavillon de la France (Casino de Montréal).
