Je t’aime en Chocolat – The rendez-vous for all chocolate lovers

The best chocolate masters, chefs and fashion designers of Quebec are ready to show and marry their talents! Je t’aime en Chocolat, seduced more than 19 000 visitors in 2016,  and offers you a richer and more varied program than ever, with activities for all ages!

CHOCOLATE MARKET
From Friday, February 10 at noon, the emblematic brand Cacao Barry will open the doors of the Chocolate Market with talented chocolate makers, pastry chefs, confectioners and gourmet craftsmen. Come and discover the chocolatiers and their signature products.

The prestigious Chocolat Academy™, a newly established training center in Montreal, will also be celebrating in the Ville-Marie Room at the Bonsecours Market. On the menu for Friday, Saturday and Sunday: free demonstrations around chocolate, and sweet and savory cocoa by the best chefs and specialists in Quebec.

• Chocolate in all your dishes by Danny St-Pierre, chef and owner of restaurant Petite Maison

FASHION AND CHOCOLATE
The fashion and chocolate universes will be celebrated on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th February. The “Chocolat Show” will offer, again this year, genuine works of art. On the occasion of Montreal’s 375th anniversary, the Chic & Choc duos will present their vision of Montreal’s 375 years of fashion!

FAMILY ACTIVITIES
This year, toddlers will enjoy the Salle de la Commune! The corsairs have chosen “Pirates of the Caribbean” as the theme, under the supervision of  7 year old artistic director Mila Grace. Alexandra Delgado will have the children singing! Rendez-vous on Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 pm!

MORE LOVE
February 10th from 6pm to 10pm
#ApéroChocoRéseau: Thanks to the collaboration with Mangeons Montréal, for the first time, a unique event is being added to Je t’aime en Chocolat’s programming. Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to meet other enthusiasts, while being guided through a unique series of pairings including local wines, and products, such as cheeses, foie gras, and of course, chocolate. Limited number of tickets available, purchase early to avoid disappointment.
