Christmas concerts in Old Montreal District

From December 6 to 21, Montreal’s oldest chapel will be filled with the strains of the loveliest Christmas carols. Enjoy the magic of the holiday season with the Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel Christmas concert series, at 1:30 and 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.

This year, we are delighted to welcome six new choirs with a variety of repertoires and sounds. We hope you’ll join us and encourage them as they take part in our concert series for the first time!

The Da Capo Ensemble directed by Jean-Pierre Brunet will present the Christmas Oratorio of Johann Sebastian Bach (Cantatas 5 and 6-BWV 248). It is an invitation to find in music the spiritual atmosphere of Christmas.
