Orchestre classique de Montreal presents

From Yerevan to Montreal

Armenia will be in the spotlight as the OCM presents internationally renowned Armenian-Canadian soprano Aline Kutan, under the baton of Maestro Boris Brott. The concert will feature three Armenian composers: Masquerade Suite by Aram Khatchaturyan, a world premiere by Kevork Andonian and excerpts from Armen Tigranian’s opera ANOUSH. Two works by renowned Montreal composer and OCM founder, Alexander Brott, will round out the program, broadcast live from the Salle Pierre-Mercure celebrating International Women’s Day.

This concert will be a maximum of 75 minutes in length and without intermission.

A portion of the proceeds from this concert will go to support music programs for underprivileged children in Armenia through the Atken Armenian Foundation.
