The Montreal Salsa Convention will bring together more than 5,000 dance enthusiasts, from beginners to the world’s elite, for its annual salsa competition. The event will be held in the heart of the city, in the Quartier des spectacles, between the San Tropez Dance School (1222 Peel Street) and the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel (1255 Jeanne-Mance Street).

“We’re so happy to resume our activities and to provide the public with a Latin dance event that opens the door to fabulous new experiences!” says Sonia Kyriacou, a pioneer of Latin dance in Montreal for the past 29 years and Executive Director of the Canadian Salsa Dance Corporation, a non-profit organization founded in Montreal. Sonia Kyriacou is also the founder of the San Tropez Dance School.
