Time to experiment, develop and create. So we decided to take this opportunity to put them to the test! Follow your favourite chefs–Antonin Mousseau-Rivard, Simon Mathys, MJ Guertin, Anita Feng and Dyan Solomon–in a rare behind-the-scenes look at the creation of a new dish. This web series is produced in collaboration with Urbania. C’est l’heure de l’apéro presented by the SAQ Yes, happy hour is still a thing! And what could be better than having after-work drinks with the best in the industry? Hosted by none other than Vincent Sulfite, in this web series we learn about the spirits, wines and sparkling wines of Quebec, as well as flavoured coffee, orange wine and, of course, natural wine. Our host will be talking to Véronique Rivest, Michelle Bouffard, Karyne Duplessis Piché, Rose Simard, Lilian Wolfelsberger de la Distillerie de Montréal, Éve Rainville and Marc Théberge du Domaine Bergeville. J’adore mon resto Ever since its first edition back in the year 2000, the festival has made a point of supporting local restaurant owners–and that commitment remains a part of its DNA. In fact, the support campaign for Quebec’s restaurateurs, J’adore mon resto, presented by the SAQ, has been in full swing on social media since January 18th with the official hastag #jadoremonresto. Air France Finest Tables Trifecta Do the days blend into one another and all seem the same? With Air France Finest Tables, the festival is offering foodies the chance to switch up their daily routine with exclusive take-out menus (also available for delivery) created by the chefs of over thirty Montreal restaurants, all of whom are devotees of local produce.
