This free event offers a variety of original activities, developed and delivered by passionate people. It is an invitation to discover, experiment, exchange and reflect on technological, social and environmental issues that are faced collectively.

During the Festival, the general public is invited to meet with researchers, engineers, technicians, students etc… Thanks to interactive activities, they manage to share their enthusiasm with everyone.

This is the Festival’s 13th year of celebration and discovery, with science activities, shows and demonstrations of every kind. As innovative as ever, the Eurêka! Festival has plenty of surprises in store. This year, it takes you to the exciting world of mobility and transport of the future! An exoskeleton for grandma? A car that can think? A human-propelled submarine? A flying hoverboard? Nothing is too wild for Eurêka!

This event aims to bring together those who perform science and those who experience it in their daily lives, to promote science and technology related careers and to shine a light on Quebecer innovations. Thereby, make science accessible to the greater public and highlight its richness, diversity and extraordinary creativity.

Join the human mobility revolution, explore the world’s environmental and social issues, and challenge the horizon with our impassioned scientists. And along the way, remember to appreciate our beautiful planet. Ready for take off!
