Hats off to Les Belles-Soeurs

In 1968, the play Les Belles-Sœurs revolutionized the cultural landscape of Quebec. Over forty years later, stewarded by the vision of René Richard Cyr and Daniel Bélanger and with the support of author Michel Tremblay, the musical comedy Belles-Sœurs enjoyed immense success, both in Montreal, on tour across Quebec, and as far as Paris! With Hats off to Les Belles-Sœurs, under the direction of conductor and orchestrator Simon Leclerc, the 15 actor-singers bring a symphonic dimension to Tremblay’s memorable characters!
