EXPLORE SOLUTIONS TO WOMEN’S HEALTH ISSUES

In the company of Isabelle Huot, PhD in nutrition, women will obtain valuable advice about important issues, including how to better cope with menopause. After all, it’s possible to reduce a number of its uncomfortable symptoms through diet. How? By including phytoestrogens—estrogens found naturally in food—in your daily diet: soya and its derivatives (edamame beans, tofu, tempeh, roasted  soya beans) as well as flaxseed. “Because, with life expectancy constantly increasing, women still have a third of their lives, or even a bit more, after their menopause,” Dr. Huot said recently.

More than ever, it’s essential to make thoughtful purchases that not only nourish our bodies, but that also respect the planet!
