Le Pellan also has a 19’6” loggia and an additional 11’ foot loggia solarium adjacent to the massive 37’ x 23’ living and dining area. The Master Bedroom suite is and the other two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the suite. If you like your living space big – this is it!
