A VIBRANT EVENING PAYING TRIBUTE TO VIC VOGEL

The Festival International de Jazz de Montréal (FIJM) announces the presentation of an evening in the memory of the legendary Vic Vogel, who left us on September 16.

Every musician from his Big Band, surprise guests, and many friends will participate in this concert that will be filled with emotion on Monday, October 21 at 8 p.m. at L’Astral (305, Sainte-Catherine Street West).

We must remember that the paths of Vic Vogel and the FIJM often crossed, as the self-taught pianist was the artist who performed there the most often: 50 times over the 40 editions of the Festival.
