Melnikov-Faust-Queyras

An illustrious international trio, German violinist Isabelle Faust, French-Canadian cellist Jean-Guihen Queyras and Russian pianist Alexander Melnikov are more than the sum of their parts. Known for the refinement and expressiveness of their playing, they already have a distinguished collection of chamber music recordings, and each enjoys an enviable performing and recording career as a soloist.

Praised for the quality and refinement of its playing, this renowned trio will perform an eclectic program comprising R. Schumann’s Piano Trio No. 2, Op. 80, Brahms’ Trio No. 1 in B major, and Elliott Carter’s last work.
