Deep water soloing makes a splash in Montreal during the Psicobloc Open Series Competition, a multi-day, extreme free-climbing event unlike you’ve ever seen! This extreme competition involves two climbers racing up an 18-metre (55-foot) overhanging wall without a rope, equipment or any other protective system above a deep-water pool. One mistake and it’s into the water they go! If the truth be told, competitors get wet either way: once at the top, the only way down is a plunge into the diving pool.
