Festival Marionnettes Plein la rue

On Fridays and Saturdays from August 26 to September 3, 2022, the 1.3 km of Promenade Wellington will come alive with puppets as grandiose as they are fascinating: inhabited puppets, hand puppets, rod puppets, exhibitions, giant puppets,… abundant offer that promises emotions and laughter in no time!

14 companies from Quebec and 2 from abroad will perform on the street in addition to the 4 companies that will perform at Quai 5160.

Focused on short-lived puppet shows, the festival will feature more than 20 performances spread across venues and parks adjacent to Promenade Wellington. The companies will present a variety of creations free of charge that will amaze and make young and old alike dream. The closing show will take place on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Quai 5160 at a cost of $7.
