They will be co-directing the signature restaurant Le Hatley as well as the bistro Le Tap Room. Roland Menard, who has been with Manoir Hovey for over 35 years, will act as a mentor to them as they join the top-notch kitchen team! The Canadian-Quebecois terroir will remain the main inspiration for both restaurants. The new Co-Chefs will incorporate their own backgrounds to the story and create new dishes to discover.
