New Zealand’s pre-eminent circus theatre company, The Dust Palace, is back to again wow Montreal audiences with The Goblin Market – a fantastical, contemporary circus re-telling of Christina Rossetti’s poem, ‘Goblin Market’. Visually stunning with a vital soundscape, the story will captivate and draw you in as you follow two sisters, their temptation, sacrifice and eventual salvation. The production celebrates the female gaze in its exploration of sexuality and sisterhood, through double trapeze, mask, projection, acrobatics, spoken word and music. Contains nudity and adult themes.
