CineConcerts and Warner Bros. Consumer Products announced the Harry Potter Film Concert Series, a new global concert tour celebrating the Harry Potter films, earlier this year. The Harry Potter Film Concert which kicked off in June 2016 serves to continue the celebration of J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World past the initial release of the books and movies.

The tale of the boy who lived was presented to the world through J.K. Rowling’s enchanting bestseller, and depicted brilliantly in the form of a movie: Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. This film concert will take the audience to follow Rowling’s rich characters into the world of Hogwarts and celebrate the wizardly traditions and quirks within a timeless tale of resilience and bravery.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was a critically acclaimed, blockbuster in the box-office, starring big names, such as Maggie Smith as Professor McGonagall, Robbie Coltrane as Hagrid, the late Alan Rickman as Professor Snape and of course Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma as the young wizards: Harry, Ron and Hermione. The bewitching music from John Williams became an instant anthem for Potter fans around the world, brilliantly depicting the regalness of Hogwarts, the eeriness of Diagon Alley and the spirited, thrilling game of Quidditch.
