Reconnect with your inner child to enjoy the delights of fall and celebrate Halloween in a spirit of fun. The Botanical Garden’s Arboretum and Laurentian Maple Forest will be sporting their finest fall colours for the occasion. Again this year, budding artists will have a chance to enter the traditional pumpkin-decorating contest and win a prize. Tour the hundreds of pumpkins and squashes that visitors will have decorated and left on display at the Botanical Garden by October 10. Then, at the squash counter, our ugly vegetables with their funny, twisted shapes will take the spotlight while the kids burn off some energy on the obstacle course or Jiggle Bridge in the Little Monsters Courtyard. This year, the star character, Pépo citrouille, will step on stage one last time to play the detective in his show, Pépo enquête. You won’t want to miss it!
