Exporail presents the Magic of Christmas. Several vehicles in the Grand Gallery will be decorated to brighten your pleasure, Holiday family activities will be added… Santa is waiting for you! All Aboard!

Railway ChristmasUnder the Christmas tree, there will be a model electric train which will help you into the Christmas spirit and entice you to visit our model train room where you will find two operating layouts. Children can then marvel while listening to the railway tale of Peter the Hogger presented at 1:30 p.m.
in one of our baggage cars redecorated with Christmas colours. Then along with their parents or grandparents, children can visit our Craft Workshop at 11:30 a.m., 2p.m. and 3 p.m.where they can create their own Christmas tree decoration.

A Christmas Cookie Decorating Workshop, from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.,will enable children to be creative and custom decorate their own holiday treat!

Mail your letter to Santa from our mail car and visit with him on December 19th & 20th from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Christmas Stockings will be hidden everywhere in different vehicles, so be on the lookout for them.
Ride on the miniature railway: Don’t forget your mittens and your hat!

Christmas Tea: Treat yourself to a nice cup of tea as did Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the famous Sherlock Holmes series, aboard the business car used by the President of Grand Trunk Railway. Seating is limited and this special one and a half hour activity is available by reservation only. After a brief tour of the car brimming with anecdotes, visitors will be seated for tea at one of two tables (four or five persons) and have the privilege of indulging in delicious homemade pastries similar to those once served during the Holiday Season aboard CN dining cars at the turn of the century. What could be better than going back in time while savouring the present moment?
Menu: Orange Pekoe tea served with plain or raisin scones, shortbread cookies, sugar cookies, tasty gingerbread men, tarts and a moist fruit cake laced with brandy!
Schedule: Tea is served at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and lasts one hour and a half.
Adults and children 13 or older are welcome. Seating is limited to one table for 4 and one table for 5. Tea is served at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and lasts one hour and a half. Date available on December 19, 20, 27, 28 and 30, 2015 and January 2 and 3, 2016.
