There is a new option in Westmount for people looking at the simplicity of condominium living. Westmount is one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in the Montreal area for multiple reasons; relatively low taxes, excellent recreational facilities, easy proximity to downtown and pleasant shopping areas. As a well-established and historic city, there are limited opportunities for condominium developments in Westmount.
