This grand evening will cover over 200 years of Ukrainian classical music for orchestra, piano, choir and opera soloists by renowned Ukrainian composers and a world premiere by Ukrainian-Canadian composer Joanna Estelle Storoschuk. The featured soloists include a quartet of Ukrainian-Canadian singers and the renowned pianist Serhiy Salov. Conductor Xavier Brossard-Ménard will lead the a cappella choir Les Rugissants through a selection of transcendent Ukrainian choral works.
