24 Hours of Science and more!

This 18th edition, lasting two days, will be the biggest science and technology festival in Quebec. There are more than 400 science and technology activities, offered throughout Quebec, ready to stimulate everyone’s scientific curiosity. And the vast majority are free!

In Montreal, about fifty scientific activities await young and old alike! The Botanical Garden invites you to become a scientist in order to contribute to the protection of the monarch butterfly. Discover the Collect’O participatory research project at the Montreal Science Centre, to understand the effects of human activities on climate and precipitation urban. And why not take up a nature challenge at the Pointe-Claire public library? Or go visit the trauma center at McGill University? Learn more about The hidden energy of water thanks to Hydro-Québec. Come and use a 3D printer at the Mordecai-Richler library. Discover what its like to work with animals at the Ecomuseum Zoo. On the astronomy side, attend a conference on the first results from the James Webb Space Telescope at l’Université de Montréal. And more! Several online activities and conferences are also offered.

While most events are offered in French, there are bilingual and English events as well.
