What better way to answer these questions than to experience the adventure of the history of plants… On a fun trail in the middle of nature, you’ll discover how the plant world emerged, experience the aquatic environment where everything began, admire beautiful flowers, cross wooden footbridges, touch different kinds of moss, and saunter along at your own pace. It’s an epic tour with activity stops along the way for both young and old! Activities From June 22 to September 2 11 am to 6 pm Plants Long Before Dinosaurs At the first station of the Plant Odyssey, you’ll see how the first plants arrived on our planet. What did the Earth look like then, long before dinosaurs appeared? Where did these plants grow? With a super-magnifying glass you’ll be able to take a close look at these strange plant ancestors and understand how they changed the world! Flowers in All Their Glory Flowering plants revolutionized the plant world. Extravagant colours, smells and forms, but for whom and why? Dive into the heart of a flower to discover what it’s really like. Have fun fertilizing a specimen or making a mandala of petals. Flowering plants will have you under their spell in no time.
