Le Salon Je t’aime en chocolat is back to awaken your senses and taste buds.

For the senses:
– Hearing: discover the latest culinary trends chocolate in through demonstrations
– Taste: wake up your taste buds by tasting chocolate in all its forms
– Smell: smell the different perfumes while walking in the Chocolate Market
– View: chocolate fashion shows

The best chocolatiers, artisans, and gourmet designers in Quebec welcome the masses to discover and taste their signature products and original Valentine’s Day creations. Festivities include lectures, demos, cocktails, and a chocolate fashion show!

Delicate, audacious or fiery personality, taste surprises from master chocolate confectioners. Your senses will be awakened, enthralled and enchanted.

Program

  • L’Académie du Chocolat will share its chocolate passion with open access lessons, offered by talented patissiers.
  • Fashion shows: an animated film will be honoured and children will unveil creations from their hearts. During the « Chocolat en tête » fashion show, chocolate will become an indispensable accessory. Our models will continue the epic possibilities of chocolate by presenting exceptional dresses realized by Quebec designers.
