LiveEvents February 10, 2025 127 Compagnie Thomas Guérineau presents MAPUTO MOZAMBIQUE Audiences of all ages are invited to a delightful and virtuoso enchanted journey at TOHU from February 20 to 23, 2025, with the presentation of MAPUTO MOZAMBIQUE, a creation conceived and staged by Thomas Guérineau. “My work is situated at the confines of juggling,” says this specialist in musical juggling, who not long ago created the piece Basketteuses de Bamako, mixing juggling and basketball, for the Olympic Games in Paris. “In an intuitive way, my universe has been fueled to a large extent by my interest in extreme Oriental and Black African arts. Between bouncing on drums and juggling with plastic bags, balls and clubs, each performance is a living and innovative exploration of the frontiers of dance, circus and music, blending energy and poetry in a festive and absolutely captivating atmosphere.
