The team is proud to unveil the indoor lineup for this special anniversary, as Montreal welcomes artists and acrobats hailing from the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States and Québec. Festivalgoers of all ages will get to see a host of top-caliber performances, alternately stunning, unexpected or touching. “For this 15th anniversary, I’m delighted to be reuniting with some of the companies our festivalgoers love the most, with creators who’ve helped us build MONTRÉAL COMPLÈTEMENT CiRQUE – a don’t-miss summertime event in our city,” reveals Stéphane Lavoie, Executive and Programming Director of La TOHU. “It’s an honor for us to be hosting these exceptional artists and artisans, who on each of their visits have ignited a whole range of emotions. DUCK POND / CIRCA / AUSTRALIA From July 9-13 After the gripping and much-hailed Humans 2.0 presented at La TOHU last year, CIRCA, an audience favorite in Montreal — and one of the best-loved in the world! — is back with DUCK POND, which dazzlingly reinvents the famous romantic ballet Swan Lake. BROTIPO / LES FOUTOUKOURS / QUÉBEC July 13-14 After taking the last edition of MONTRÉAL COMPLÈTEMENT CiRQUE by storm with GLOB, Les FOUTOUKOURS are back with BROTIPO, a clown twosome that, in their quarrels, acrobatics and lonely moments, both moves spectators and makes them laugh.
