A celebration of Asia and Montreal’s cultural diversity, as part of Asian Heritage Month, at Time Out Market Montreal!

The 2nd edition of ASIASIE Market invites Montrealers to discover and enjoy a market of diversified, quality products from many corners of Asia (Japan, China, South Korea, India, Cambodia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam and more) without leaving their city! The aim is to promote intercultural understanding through market artisans, exchanges and cultural activities.

ASIASIE MarketLast year’s inaugural edition was a resounding success, attracting over 8,000 visitors, with the participation of more than 30 merchants, 10 associations, and the presentation of 12 cultural activities and workshops!

This year’s program includes some 30 product vendors and community organizations from many parts of Asia, performances, workshops and cultural activities, as well as a round table on the challenges of Asian entrepreneurship.

Thanks to the support of the Eaton Centre, the ASIASIE Market presents KPOP dance performances featuring East2West and 2KSQUAD. There will also be a “Random Play Dance”, a very popular activity with KPOP fans, where songs are played at random (RANDOM PLAY) for 30 seconds, and those who know the choreography go to the center to dance with others who know the choreographed moves of the song.
