Zhan Hong Xiao

Zhan Hong Xiao discovered music in primary school at the age of 9, through Les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal. Since 2013, he has participated in competitions and won several awards, including the Grand Prix on the Virtuose show broadcasted on Radio-Canada (2017), the 3rd Prize at the OSM Manulife Competition, and the 2nd Prize at the Prix d’Europe Competition (2023).

As a soloist, he has performed with the Sinfonia de Lanaudière, the Orchestre Métropolitain, and the Orchestre Classique de Montréal.

For his recital, Zhan has chosen to play the favorite pieces that he will perform during his participation in various international competitions in 2024.
