THE URBAN WINTER ACTION SPORTS FESTIVAL
A selection of activities inviting people from Montreal to enjoy winter instead of hibernating!

The Olympic park is getting a makeover and becoming a giant winter playground. On January 19th – 20th from 12 pm to 4 pm, at the Esplanade Financière Sun Life enjoy a bunch of free and accessible activities. You don’t need experience riding a snowskate or fatbike to participate. Dress warm and be curious!

ACTIVITIES
● Fatbike: Through a track full of obstacles, you will test your skills on this bigger than usual size bike made for the snow
● Electric Go-kart: Electric go-kart on ice – 20$
● Snowskate: A hybrid between a skateboard and a snowboard, this sport is made for the ones missing the summer and their local skate park
● Axe Throwing: Throw an axe just as well as the Viking in you
● Fir throwing: Ever consider throwing your
Christmas tree after the holidays? This is your chance…
● Arm Wrestling: Since the beginning of times, we have been looking for the strongest person.
Here’s your chance to prove your worth –
Lumberjack Game: Simple and effective games that will teach you long lost skills
● Warming zones and food will be available to
festival goers.
