L’un L’autre reveals the poetry that springs from the close connection of two beings. At the centre of the empty stage, two bodies come together symbiotically to form a single, inseparable entity. Thrusting, leaning, lifting … the dance is built around uninterrupted mutual support. It unfolds in virtuosic, lyrical cycles, in an unbroken stream of figures and movements that rotate, intertwine and mutate continuously. The two dancers embody solidarity and the powerful transformative potential of human connection. They clearly love dancing together, and their enjoyment is contagious.
