TOCADÉO

10 years: A good reason to celebrate!

The congenial TOCADÉO quartet returns for the fourth time to Théâtre Maisonneuve in a show-event celebrating ten years of being together. With their renowned class and humour, Benoit, Dany, Patrick and René invite you to a big party during which you’ll enjoy a look-back at the band’s greatest hits. And the artists will showcase some of the songs from their seventh – and brand-new – album! Several surprise guests will also join Tocadéo on stage to offer you a unique evening that promises to be rich in emotions.

Tocadéo is the coming together of four passionate singers who share a love of vocal melodies and harmonies in a moving and memorable repertoire. This passion, along with their love of music, their friendship and the pleasure they had on stage together prompted Dany Laliberté, René Lajoie, Benoit Miron and Patrick Olafson to form the group Tocadéo in the fall of 2008. After performing at several corporate events, the group met with the people from Productions Serge Paré, who fell under the quartet’s spell and promptly offered them a recording and performing contract. It was the start of a beautiful collaboration that has seen the group perform for an ever-growing number of fans in Quebec, New Brunswick, France and Romania.

Inspired by big names and great voices, Tocadéo captivates and enchants audiences with their uniqueness, their elegance and their universal appeal. Their power comes from electrifying harmonies that thrill audiences with intense emotions.
