Summer Evenings in the Park Festival presents

Special concert: La Sinfonia de l’Ouest

Classical Music

The Sinfonia de l’Ouest is a new chamber orchestra from the West Island combining experienced professional musicians with young professionals and advanced students. The string orchestra at the core of this ensemble is joined by oboes, bassoons, and horns to perform a varied repertoire of Baroque, classical and contemporary music.

In case of rain, events will be held indoors in the Stewart Hall Cultural Centre (514-630-1220).
Bring your own chair or rent one for $2 (proceeds go to The Friends of Stewart Hall).

Pre-concert tours
A guide with specialized knowledge offers a tour of ongoing exhibitions at the Art Gallery before Summer Evening in the Park Festival concerts. Coffee, tea, and cookies will be served.
