Popular annual November foodie event in its 17th year 

The management team at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu has developed an antidote for the weather in November in the form of Le Gala des Grand Chefs – a weekend of culinary excellence and friendly competition with four guest chefs alongside Le Manoir Richelieu Executive Chef Pierre-Laurence Valton-Simard. This year’s event will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 10th and 11th and will feature menu items from the Charlevoix region.

The Gala des Grands Chefs weekend package includes accommodations plus all events and festivities, from Friday, November 10 to Sunday, November 12:
