YUL EAT Festival

The YUL EAT Festival launched in 2014, with the goal of bringing together fans of the culinary arts and local cuisine. The festival’s name reinforces the desire to highlight Montreal as a gastronomical force by incorporating the Montreal International Airport – YUL, and marrying it with the abbreviated E.A.T.:

E stands for Experience
A stands for Appetite
T stands of Terroir

The YUL EAT Festival has grown at an exponential pace, and now takes place at the Quai de l’Horloge at the Old Port of Montreal.

Discover a wide variety of Montreal’s culinary talent – 22 food stands, 35 chefs and producers will display their talents in a grand tasting like no other accompanied by carefully curated wines and spirits.

Professionals, “foodies” and cooking enthusiasts will partake in our speaker series offering privileged access to intimate cooking demonstrations, round tables as well as conferences for an unprecedented access to the wisdom of Festival YUL EAT’s special guest chefs.

Ten Art Latte specialists from Quebec will face a jury of experts from the four corners of the world. Milk’s taste and texture being an essential composition of a specialty coffee, equally as important as the mix of flavours, Natrel will contribute through this challenge by serving the noble reputation of their milk.

Choose from a vast array of classes, including: Tapas, Homemade Preserves, Peruvian Cuisine, Biscotti & Tiramisu, Cocktails, Sushi, Bread making, Mediterranean Wines, Summer Desserts and Urban Beekeeping.
