Formed in Birmingham, England in 1978, Duran Duran built their international success in limelight of music videos, which accentuated their glamorous sense of style. Since the 1980s, they have sold over 70 million records, garnered 14 UK Top 10 singles and 21 on Billboard’s Hot 100. The band has won numerous awards, including 2 Brit Awards, 2 Grammy Awards and a MTV Video Music Award for Lifetime Achievement. Their undeniably memorable hits include “Rio”, “Hungry Like the Wolf”, “Girls on Film” and the James Bond theme song “A View to a Kill”.

In September 2015, Duran Duran released their 14th album Paper Gods.
