Montreal Lakeshore University Women’s Club to host October 28 scholarship fundraiser with Lyric Theatre Singers

The Lyric Theatre Singers will perform at the Dollard Civic Centre on Wednesday, October 28 to raise funds for the Montreal Lakeshore University Women’s Club Scholarship Fund.

There are 200 women university graduates, and the club awards bursaries and scholarships to women so that they may continue their post-secondary education. In 2014, the MLUWC Scholarship Fund raised over $12,000 for deserving women across Montreal’s West Island.

The Lyric Theatre Singers put on a terrific show of Broadway classics, and routinely sell out their annual Christmas and spring shows in NDG. The October show at the Dollard Civic Centre is a wonderful opportunity for West Island residents to enjoy the show and to support a worthy cause.
