It all started when there was a Hit Parade, a Billboard Top 100; and songs were performed and recorded in increments of three minutes. There was an innocence and vitality to the music of The Drifters, The Beach Boys, Elvis, and The Beatles. Rock ‘n’ Roll was played alongside Rhythm ‘n’ Blues on the radio. The six musicians of Cadillac Music were part of that scene, performing at dances, clubs and concerts.
