To open his 15^th season as Principal Conductor of the Orchestre Métropolitain, Yannick Nézet-Séguin is pleased to present Mahler’s monumental Tenth Symphony. And because good things often come in twos, the Austrian composer’s symphonic testament will be presented at the Maison symphonique de Montréal on back-to-back evenings, bringing to a close the Mahler cycle honouring one of the maestro’s favourite composers begun back in 2001 shortly after he took up the baton with the Orchestre.
