Montreal Gourmand Festival

A showcase of culinary delights from Québec regions – wines, cheeses, chocolates, and more – starring some of the world’s most delectable flavours.

Montreal Gourmand’s mission is to encourage people to taste and experience local Quebec and Canadian products. Located in Montreal’s Old Port on the St-Laurent / Jacques Cartier Esplanade, visitors will be welcomed from August 7th to 10th 2014, to taste hundreds of local products, from wine to cheese, to chocolate to maple treats, to other food delights with world-class taste.

Festival Highlights
– 90 exhibitors
– The Pastry Chef Challenge: Each day, several pastry chefs will face off to see who is the best.
– Saturday August 9th, more than a dozen of chocolate makers will participate at Le Prix de la Cabosse for the title of the best handmade chocolate of Quebec…

Entrance to the Festival is free.

Tastings will vary between 1$ and 2$, paid in cash or with a coupon.
