Festival International de Jazz de Montréal presents

Elvis Costello

Elvis Costello is one of those exceptional artists who, animated by a protean talent and driven by manifold interests, shrugs off labels like dust. A spearhead of the punk-New Wave era, this legendary and inimitable singer-songwriter and performer knows no bounds, fearlessly absorbing pop, jazz, country, cabaret and the standards of the Great American Songbook. In a rare Festival visit, he returns after an eight-year absence to offer us this solo performance—his first with us!—in the Maison Symphonique. A major highlight of this 35th edition.
